Valerie took the time to thoroughly review my quote, ensure all of my information was accurate and up to date, and explain the entire process clearly and transparently. She patiently answered every question I had and provided several different coverage options, including the pricing for each recommended change, so I could make an informed decision.
I’ll be the first to admit that I know very little about insurance beyond the fact that I’m required to have it 😅, so having someone who was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and willing to actually take the time to explain everything was incredibly valuable. I truly appreciated her insight and transparency more than I can express.
The entire experience was fantastic, and the rates were extremely impressive as well. I genuinely felt like Valerie cared about helping me find the right coverage at the best possible rate—not simply making a sale.
10/10 experience and 10/10 recommendation!
